The educational program and the activity space of libraries are important and relevant. As Simone De Beauvoir, a French writer, existentialist philosopher, ideologist of feminism points out: «Change your life today. Don’t play for the future, act now, without delay.» This is the rhythm currently followed by Ukrainian libraries. Since February 2022, Ukrainian libraries have strengthened their activities to meet the needs of citizens, becoming volunteer and consultation centers, sometimes even a great support for everyone.
