At the European space summit in Berlin, ministers are expected to approve ambitious new space exploration, Earthobservation and technology programs. But some proposals related to launchers and telecommunications cold face tough going. Also Europe is looking to kick off a fukk-fledged space exploration program to Mars and the Moon in the year 2006.
