The most general case of finding out an object is considered, when speed of the relative moving of object is taken into account in relation to the system or device of discovery. For the adopted case equalization of motion of object is certain and the function of law of establishment of device contact is found, for that charts are built, characterizing dependences of finding out an object on the trajectory of his motion from the moment of beginning of discovery at a changing course parameter and at a zero value of course parameter depending on time of discovery.
