Technology advancements such as programmable logic (FPGA) and mobile decisions have made the implementation of embedded intelligent systems within home and office appliances. This increased their capabilities and features. The given paper provides the properties of FPGA, and FPGA-based system of smart building in security field. The most important attacks (software and hardware) on FPGA and cyber-attacks on building automation systems are analyzed.
