The purpose of research - to develop a model of decision-making on the use of funds for the automated analysis of the reliability of structures RES taking into account external influences. Research methods - methods of decision theory , statistical treatment of data , computer simulation methods . The task of deciding on the choice of automated tools for the study of the reliability of CEA decided on the basis of multi-criteria optimization problem under certainty . Developed three models of decision-making , computer modeling to develop a model . The analysis of automated systems for the study of the reliability of electronics based on external influences (PC Relex, ALDGroup, ARBITER , PC ASONIKA ) showed the usefulness of the PC ASONIKA .
