This thesis is devoted to explore a problem of simulation and modeling technologies used for the analysis and designing of networks. Two concepts are considered: the first one is dedicated to the analysis of analytic models of queuing networks and implementations; the second one is dedicated to the analysis of simulation queuing networks models and implementations using simulation system GPSS - World is represented. The comparison of these concepts for network performance estimation is considered.
