Досліджено емоції провини як феномена моральних почуттів, актуальність чого не викликає сумніву з огляду на складну природу цього почуття та його значного впливу як на окрему особистість, так і на розвиток усього суспільства. Доведено, що без провини люди не дотримувалися б норм моралі та етики, і нездатність чи нерозвинутість цього почуття могли б призвести до непередбачуваних наслідків у суспільстві, тому що суспільство, яке не знає почуття провини, стало б самим беззаконним і небезпечним у світі
The article is devoted to the analysis of feeling of guilt as a phenomenon of moral feelings, and the actuality of this research is adjusted both form the terms of complexity of the notion and of its significant influence on single personality and on the development of the whole society. It is proved that without this feeling people cannot adhere to the norms of ethics, and non-accomplishment of this feeing could lead to unexpected results in the society, because the society without feeling of guilt couldbecome the most lawless and dangerous society in the world.
