Присвячено дослідженню правових засад податкового контролю в Україні Проаналізовано законодавство України, яким регламентуються контрольні повноваження органів державної податкової служби України. На основі проведеного аналізу сформульовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства України в цій сфері.
The article is devoted to research of legal basis of the tax control in Ukraine. The author has made analyses of Ukrainian legislation connected with control functions of the tax bodies in Ukraine. Onthe basis of this research the author has formulated proposals concerning improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in this sphere.
