Досліджено процес становлення та розвитку національного українського стилю управління. Установлено, що різкий перехід від командно-адміністративної до ринкової економіки привніс специфічні риси, якими характеризується як українське бізнес-середовище, так і методи управління й характеристики власне топ-менеджменту, представлені на ринку України.
The process of the cretion of National Ukrainian management style has been investigated. Sharp transition from the order-administrative to the market economy created the specific features which characterizes both Ukrainian business-environment and the methods of management and characteristics of the top-management, which are represented at the market of Ukraine.
