Досліджено роль кальцієвої сигнальної системи в індукованому зростанні хітиназної активності та синтезі калози в культурі клітин томатів. Показано провідну роль периплазматичного пулу кальцію в індукуванні вивчених реакцій.
The role Са2+ signaling system in callose accumulation and increasing of chitinase activity in tomato cells.. The inhibitor analysis evidence that calcium signaling system takes active part in signal transduction for Induction of two defense responses-callose synthesis and an increase of chitinase activity. The intracellular calcium ions play prime role in realization of this defence responses.
