У статті досліджено проблему реформування економіки України у другій половині ХІХ ст. на основі прогресивних поглядів видатного вченого М. Зібера, визначено особливості здійснення інституційних перетворень в сучасних умовах та окреслено пріоритетні напрямки трансформації економіки України у перспективі.
The article analysis the problem of the economy reforming in Ukraine of 19 century on the basis of the progressive viewpoints of M. Ziber. It defines the peculiarities of performing institution transformations in present day conditions and outlines the priorities of the Ukraine economy transformations in future.
