На основі польської та європейської літератури виявляється джерело походження терміну "культура". Представлена його етимологія. В даній статті поняття "культура" розглядається з філософсько- соціологічної точки зору, виділяється його значення на кожномуетапі розвитку людства.
On the basis of Polish and European literature the way of existence of the definition "culture" can be seen. Also is sown its etymology. In this article the definition "culture" is studied from the philosophical and social pointof view, pointed its importance on the every step of person's life.
