У статті автор аналізує взаємозв'язок між процесами розгортання інформаційної революції і проблемами підвищення рівня політичної культури в українському суспільстві. Підкреслюється важлива роль і функція мас-медіа впливати на формування політичної культури, спрямовуючи свою дію не лише на загальнолюдські ціннісні орієнтації, а на специфічні прояви національних особливостей.
In the article an author analyses interdependence among the processes of expansion of information revolution and problems of increasing the political culture level in Ukrainian society. An important role and function of mass-media is underlined to impact to political culture formation, directing the activity not only to the common to all mankind valued orientations but also on the specific manifestation of national features.
