У статті аналізується вплив нових інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на розвиток політичної комунікації. Розкривається досвід окремих держав з використання нових інформаційних технологій у виборчому процесі, їх ефективність. Висвітлюються форми електронного голосування, його складові, процедура виборів. Особливий акцент зроблено на перспективності електронного голосування, перевагах і недоліках, запобіганню політичних маніпуляцій.
The article deals with the analysis of the new information and communication technologies and theirs influence on the political communication. The experience and efficiency of the new information technologies implementation are studied. Material deals with questions of voting procedure, forms and elements of e-voting. Particular attention is paid to the perspectives of e-voting it's advantages and shortcomings, political manipulations prevention.
