В роботі розглядається математична модель ферментного біосенсора з зарядженою мембраною, яка містить принаймні один шар вбудованого електричного поля з однорідно розподіленим зарядом. За допомогою запропонованого чисельного алгоритма на основі різницевих схем досліджена модель ферментного біосенсора для вимірювання глюкози в крові.

The paper is devoted to a mathematical model of an enzyme biosensor with multilayer charged membrane which includes at least one layer with a built-in uniformly distributed charge. The numerical algorithm is developed and applied to the model performances of the enzyme biosensor for express measurement of glucose concentration in human blood.
