Вивчаються нескінченні 2-групи, в яких норма абелевих нециклічних підгруп недекіндова. Одержано повний опис таких груп та встановлено зв'язки між властивостями розглядуваних груп та їх абелевих нециклічних норм.

The infinite 2-groups with non-dedekind norm of the abelian non-cyclic subgroups are studied. Under this condition, we obtain the description and determine the connections between properties of such groups and its'norms of the abelian non-cyclic subgroups.
