В статті піднімаються питання формування та розвитку різноманітних неурядових суспільних об'єднань в різні історичні проміжки часу. Також подається історико-політичний аналіз розвитку таких організацій на Заході й, як приклад, наводиться найрозвиненіша мережа таких організацій у США.
The paper deals with formation and development problems of various nongovernmental organizations within different historical time periods. Besides historical and political analysis of such organizations development in theWest is depicted. As an example the most developed range of such organizations in the USA is offered.
