Експериментально досліджено вплив магнітних полів та величин амплітуд сталих струмів на вольт-амперні характеристики (ВАХ) плівок манганітів в кімнатному і азотному діапазоні температур. Показано, що ВАХ плівок манганітів є суттєво нелінійними, особливов області малих значень струму. Виявлена залежність величини провідності від напрямку струму, що протікає через зразок.

The influence of magnetic field and direct current magnitude on the I-V curves of manganite thin films at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures was experimentally investigated. It is shown that the I-V curves are substantially non-linear, especially for small currents. It was found that the manganite film conductivity depends on the current direction through the sample.
