Окреслено наріжні засади формування художнього стилю провідного турецького письменника кінця ХХ ст. Метіна Качана під впливом естетичних принципів і художньої практики постмодернізму. Висвітлено та охарактеризовано наративну будову текстів, художні техніки, функцію часово-просторових параметрів та метапрозовий дискурс романів письменника.
This article analyzes the peculiarities of Metin Kachan's style within the context of the postmodernism. Tendencies of the postmodern are especially evident in the complicated structure of Metin Kachan's prose, considering the stressed subjectivity of the narrative mode and the metanarrative comments. There is a combination of objective and subjective narratives, introspection, playing with the reader's consciousness and productive intertexture.
