У статті досліджуються деякі проблеми трансформування інституційної системи політичних відносин та влади держав пострадянського простору, України зокрема, резервів їх подальшого розвитку. Здійснюється аналіз особливостей трансформаційних процесів інституційного устрою державної влади в Україні з позицій сучасного досвіду держав, що досягли значних результатів в умовах близьких Україні. Запропоновані прикладні кроки, щодо якісних змін в системі інституційного устрою політичних відносин й влади в Україні.
This article analyses some problems of the reformation of the institutional system of political relation and authority in former states of the USSR particularly in Ukraine and the possibilities of its further development. The article analyses the particularities of the reformation processes of the institutional structure of authorities in Ukraine from the position of the up-to-date experience of the states which had obtained interesting results in conditions close to those of Ukraine. The author proposes some practical steps for the qualitative changes in the system of institutional structure of political relations and authorities in Ukraine.
