Проведено анатомічні дослідження епідерми листків Nicotiana tabacum L. та сконструйованих цитоплазматичних гібридів (цибридів) N. tabacum з Hyoscyamus niger L., H. aureus L. ma Scopolia camiolica Jacq. Подано кількісну І якісну характеристику елементів покривної тканини. Проаналізовано їх мінливість.
The anatomic structure of epiderma in the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum L. and constructured cytoplasmic hybrids of N. tabacum from Hyoscyamus niger L., H. aureus L., Scopolia camiolica Jacq. was researched. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the elements of the covering tissue are given and analysed in their variation.
