Пропонується спрощений метод для одержання приблизного виразу електронного струму у вакуумному діоді без розв'язання системи рівнянь руху, неперервності та Пуассона. Хід розв`язку дозволяє студентам краще зрозуміти фізичну сутність розглядуваних процесів.
A simple method for the reception of a approximated expression of the electron current in a vacuum diode is proposed, without the solution of a system of the motion, continuity and Poisson equations. This method gives the possibility for the studentsto better understand the physical essence of the considered processes.
