У статті розглянуто філософсько-правову спадщину К.О.Неволіна, а саме питання правознавства, енциклопедії права, філософії права, історії філософії законодавства. Доведено, що мислитель послуговувався історією філософії для повноти розкриття багатоаспектності питання філософії права.
In this article the philosophic and legal heritage of K.O. Nevolin, namely the questions of legal science, the encyclopedia of law, the philosophy of law, the history of legislation philosophy were examined. It was provedthat the sophist addressed the history of philosophy to study the law philosophy issues.
