Анотація:
The article contains analysis of main problems of cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe. There is made an attempt to find connection between political stability in Ukraine, her European ambitions and the role of The Council of Europe in that. It is showed that year by year Kyiv is progressing in carrying out his obligations. The main conclusion of the article is that The Council of Europe can not solve all the problems of Ukrainian political system, but it gives a lot of possibilities to make it more stable.
