The article is dedicated to the one of the most important problems - theoretical models of investigation of the new world order. Special attention is paid to investigation of the paradigm of world order, methods and up-to-date status of this problem. Defined are levels of dependence of international order on the character of international system within frames of its historical development type, structural characteristics, hierarchic peculiarities of its elements and their system cross relations, specific features of implementation at the definite stage of international system evolution.
