В статті досліджується сутність і природа комунальної власності, аналізується її співвідношення з іншими формами власності, виділяються основні критерії класифікації об"єктів і суб"єктів комунальної форми власності.
Essence and nature of community property is analysed in the article, its correlation is analysed with other patterns of ownership, the basic criteria of classification of objects and subjects of communal pattern of ownership are selected.
