Анотація:
An article "On some aspects of implementation oflLO Convention № 87 "Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise Convention" in Ukraine dedicated to correct legal understanding and practical realization of so called "rights on association".
There is a short historical overview of association rights is presented in the article. The main part of the article dedicated to analysis of mentioned Convention provisions concerning concrete rights and mechanisms of associations to organize and act within international and national legal norms.
