The article "International legal aspects of regulation cloning" describes the problem of the human cloning. According to the needs of scientific progress this problem should be solved on a legal flat, both at the international and national levels.
The questions of legal fetus status, bioethical cloning aspects, the problem of definition of the parental rights, the acceptance of succession by clone, clone rights and duties at all was discussed at the article. The existing legislation by cloning was also researched, the legal experience of the world countries was compared, positives and negatives of cloning was considered. As a result, the propositions by making changes in legislation were formulated.
