The article is devoted to legal aspects of the agrarian reform, which is been implemented in Ukraine. The article's objective is to find out the essence and the meaning of the notion "restructuring" as a legal category, definition of subjects, methods and basic principles of restructuring of non-state agricultural enterprises in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy.
