Досліджено морфометричні та фізіолого-біохімічні параметри рослин гречки татарської (Fagopyrum tataricum G.) за дії ретарданту хлорхолінхлориду (ССС) в різних концентраціях. Виявлено концентрацію, що викликає оптимальні фізіологічні зміни в рослинах.
This study deal with questions about influence synthetic growth regulator - chlormequat сhloride (CCC). It's carried out various concentrations on thirty-day sprouts tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum G.). We investigated the effects of chlormequat onmorphometric characteristics, accumulation of flavonoid rutin and photosynthetic pigments content. Optimum concentration of chlormequat causing physiological changes in plants tartary buckwheat, raising chlorophylls and rutin cumulation was reveal.
