Описано закономірність, що відрізняється від загальноприйнятої точки зору, яка викладена у сучасній літературі. Запропоновано новий метод "по каскадного" накопичення сигналу війкового коду, що враховує описану закономірність і, таким чином, дозволяє досягти менших імовірностей помилок 1-го і 2-го роду за інших рівних умов.
The Regularity which is described in the article differs from the stated in the modern literature standard point of view. This new method of binary code signal stage by stage cascading accumulation is offered that takes into account the described regularity and allows to achieve less probabilities of any error named as the 1-st and the 2-nd sort got things being equal.
