Рассмотрены проблемы формирования компетентностной модели выпускника как целеполагающего компонента основных образовательных программ контекстно-компетентностного формата. Представлена инвариантная структура компетенции выпускника вуза, технология экспертизы компетентностной модели выпускника.
The article reveals the problems of the formation and the assessment of a graduate's competence model as a purposeful component of the basic educational programmes of a contextual-competence format in cooperation with the interested employers. The authors suggest a new invariant structure of a graduate's competence and technology of the assessment interview with employers.
