Анотація:
The article deals with the issue of immigration in the European Union. The author examines the evolution of the immigration policies at different countries of the European Union as well as development of common standards in the sphere of controlling flow of nationals of third countries. In Ukraine, this is one of the few examples of a complex approach to the research of the immigration regulation.
