Military-tecnical cooperation as part of the state policy of Ukraine. The term "military-tecnical cooperation" should understand two basic types of relations between states. Firstlly, it is - transfers of armaments and military equipment, dual use technologies and services of military and technical nature, the most important element technical-military cooperation is joint research and development activities, production, marketing and sale of weapons designs.
