The article is dedicated to the issues of institute of honorary consuls, procedures of establishment of the honorary consulate in Ukraine and in the foreign countries. Main rights, privileges, obligations, documents that regulate honorary consulates activities are under consideration in this article. The quantity, the principles and reasons of establishing of honorary consulate in different cities fnd regions have been also analyzed.
