Some little-known works of fiction, journalistic essays, literary criticism, and scientific writings by the outstanding writer, scientist and political leader Ivan Franko are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. Because of certain ideological dictate, these texts were prohibited for publication during so-called Soviet times, which not only limited our perception of the Great Stonebreaker but also deprived future generations of fully perceiving his artistic, aesthelical, scientific and political accomplishments.
