Анотація:
Охарактеризовано сутність і місце політико-економічних чинників у складній системі чинників зовнішнього середовища.
The article describes the essence and the place of political and economics factors within the complex system of the external environmentfactors. The chronologic order of forums and measures concerning the problems in establishment and development of the recreation & tourism sector in Ukraine is given. Political & economic factors are presented along with the definitions of the categorical elements of the support for the development of the recreation & tourism sector in Ukraine. Problem components and the list of key scientific tasks concerningfurther development of the detailed researches in the field of theoretical and methodological grounds for the efficient both economically and ecologically functioning of the recreation & tourism sector in Ukraine are determined.
