Розглядається його цільове призначення, комплекс способів міжнародно-правового регулювання,що впливають на визначення умов доступності суб"єктів до певної інформації і можливостей поширення інформації між суб"єктами міжнародного права. Аналізуються види міжнародно-правового режиму, і вплив на них принципів міжнародного права.
This article investigates issues related to the concept and development of one of the institutions of international information law - the international legal regime of information. We consider its intended purpose, the complex ways of international legal regulation affecting the determination of conditions of access of subjects to certain information and opportunities for the dissemination of information between subjects of international law. Analyzes the types of international legal regime, and the influence of the principles of international law.
