У статті розглядаються актуальні питання впливу громадської думки на правове забезпечення прав інвалідів. Досліджено варіанти впливу громадської думки на суспільну діяльність, підходи, способи її виявлення та формування. Проведено аналіз впливу громадської думки на правотворчість та реалізацію прав інвалідів. Розглянуто шляхи обов'язкового урахування громадської думки при прийнятті нормативно-правових актів, що стосуються прав інвалідів.
The article deals with current issues of the influence of the public opinion on the legal guarantees for disabled persons' rights. The author investigates different options of how public opinion influences social activities, studies approaches and the ways of its identifying, methods of its formation.The author analizes the influence of the public opinion on the law-making and implementation of disabled persons' rights. The ways of mandatory consideration of public opinion during the process of making laws for persons with disabilities are being also examined.
