Досліджено можливість створення довільного профілю хвильового фронту оптичного випромінювання. Розраховані інтерферограми хвильових фронтів з абераціями. Експериментально показано можливість генерації довільного профілю хвильового фронту за допомогою дифракційних елементів.
Investigation of the possibility of wavefront with assigned profile generation is discussed in this paper. The interferograms of aberrated wavefront were calcularted and it was used it for generation of controlled profile of wavefront. The experimental results that confirm to theoretical dependence both quality and quantitatively within the limits of errors were obtained.
