Досліджено підходи до трактування сутності поняття "економічна безпека підприємства". Розглянуто сутність поняття "загроза" та проаналізовано існуючі підходи до класифікації загроз економічній безпеці підприємства. Визначено можливі засоби їх нейтралізації за рахунок, в першу чергу, створення дієвої системи економічної безпеки.
Исследованы подходы к трактовке понятия "экономическая безопасность предприятия". Рассмотрена сущность понятия "угроза" и проанализированы существующие подходы к классификации угроз экономической безопасности предприятия. Определены возможные средства их нейтрализации за счёт, в первую очередь, создания действенной системы экономической безопасности.
The approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic security ofenterprise" are investigated. The essence of the concept of "threat" are considered, the approaches to the classification of threats for economic security of enterprise are analyzed. The generalized, the most complete version of the classification are proposed. It is set that efficiency of the use of resources of enterprise, level of his reputation and factors
of external environment, influences on economic strength security. Hostile takeover as one of the serious threats of economic security are discussed in more detail. An effective system of economic security are defined as the effective means of neutralizing threats.
