In the article the analytical decision of classical multidimensional problem Klopera-Pearson which allows to solve for the first time a problem of planning of volume of examinations of series-parallel systems of telecommunications is resulted and to coordinate requirements to reliability at carrying out by telecommunications agencies of preventive measures.
