We propose the experimental model of interaction of polarized molecules and varuing magnetic fields based on the symmetry of the Maxwell laws and the scales invariantly principles. In this paper showed the results of research of magnetipolarisating particles condensation from ferrofluidisaiting layer at the amplitude reduction on frequencies 1;2.5;5;10;30 Hz. It is showed a non-linear character of condenses forming with various particle numbers. Authors investigated a character of particles precipitating and overcoming of potential barrier rate. Obtained dependencies have at first case 2 maximums and at second--1. The paper has a biological interpretation of the results.
