У статті аналізуються принципи правової охорони земель України, до яких автор відносить «публічність правової охорони», «взаємодію державних установ, суб"єктів земельних правовідносин з інститутами громадянського суспільства», «єдність матеріальних і процедурних підстав правової охорони», «оперативну доступність до баз даних (геопросторових)». Розглядаються проблеми реалізації цих принципів.
The article analyzes the principles of the legal protection of land in Ukraine. The following principles are discussed: «publicity of the legal protection», «the interaction of the state institutions, the subjects of land relations with the institutions of the civil society», «the unity of material and procedural grounds of the legal protection», «the operationalacess to the geospatial databases». The author also analyzes some problems of the implementation of the above mentioned principles.
