Анотація:
It is shown that the influence of electromagnetic irradiation on resonant tunneling of electrons in the nonlinear state is similar to the action of low intensity mm-irradiation on alive systems. It is supposed that the resonant tunneling is related to the reductive-oxidative processes and connected with the forced proton transport. In such an approach the pathology state of an organism is connected with the tunneling in a regime of a strange attractor type and the "therapeutic" effect of the mm-irradiation can be understood as stabilization of the tunneling process.
