У статті досліджується образ гетьмана Богдана Хмельницького у драмі «Милість Божа» як втілення концепту борця за волю України. Наголошується на особливостях синтезу в образі історичного і художнього начал. Зроблено акцент на бароковому характері образу.
In this article the image of Bogdan Hmelnitskij in the drama «Milost Bozhja» like a concept of fighter for freedom of Ukraine is analyzed. It is underlined the combination in this image of historical and artistic elements. It is underlined the Baroko style of image.
