У статті висвітлено процеси виникнення, формування та функціонування періодичних видань із питань ветеринарії, що в сер. 19 - на поч. 20 ст. видавалися на території України, яка входила до складу Російської імперії, а також питання систематизації цих видань за низкою істотних ознак.
В статье рассмотрены процессы возникновения, формирования и функционирования периодических изданий по вопросам ветеринарии, которые в сер. 19 – нач. 20 в. издавались на тер. Украины, входившей в состав Российской империи, а также вопросы систематизации этих изданий по ряду существенных признаков.
The article deals with the study of the processes of emergence, formation and functioning of periodical and prolonged publications on veterinary medicine issues, which were published in the midnineteenth – early twentieth century on the territory of Ukraine, that was a part of Russian Empire; classification of these publications for a number of essential features; disclosure of relations with other categories in this field.
Object of the research – media system veterinary medicine issues, which emerged and developed on the territory of Prorussian Ukraine. Subject – conditions and processes of the origin, development and functioning of these publications, objective and thematic features of the materials. Urgency of the article is presupposed by the lack of a full-scale study of the stated publications. The main factors that caused the formation of specialized printed media on various veterinary issues: the organization of educational establishments and training of specialists in the sphere of animal care and treatment; development of scientific researches; extending of the professional environment; development of the publishing industry; availability of the creative specialists; the need
for the scientific work agents to exchange information and so on.
