У статті розкрито потенціал системно-синергетичного підходу при формуванні системи стратегічного забезпечення стійкості економіки до загроз економічній безпеці. Визначено сутність, структуру та властивості системи, розглянуто її функції, методи, інструменти та ресурсне забезпечення, що розкриває теоретико-методологічний базис забезпечення стійких взаємозв'язків між елементами економічної безпеки як цілісної складної відкритої системи. Основними принципами цілісності національної економіки як системи є взаємозалежності її елементів і орієнтація на забезпечення стійкості.
В статье раскрыт потенциал системно-синергетического подхода при формировании системы стратегического обеспечения устойчивости экономики к угрозам экономической безопасности, определены сущность, структура и свойства системы, рассмотрены ее функции, методы, инструменты и ресурсное обеспечение, что позволяет раскрыть теоретико-методологический базис обеспечения устойчивых взаимосвязей между элементами экономической безопасности как целостной сложной открытой системы. Основными принципами целостности национальной экономики как системы являются взаимозависимость ее элементов и ориентация на обеспечение устойчивости.
The article revealed the potential of system-synergetic approach in the formation of the system of strategic ensuring of the economy sustainability to the threats to economic safety, defined the essence, structure and properties of the systems considered its functions, methods, tools and resources, and to theoretical and methodological basis of sustainable relationships between elements of economic security as an integral complex open system. The basic principles of the integrity of the national economy as a system is the interdependence of its elements and focus on sustainability ensuring. System-synergetic approach to economy sustainability ensuring must take into account the factors of the global economic system (the external environment) and internal environment, as well as their influence on the development of the national economy on the basis of not only the method of analogies and prototypes, but also methods of strategic management. Thus, integrating theoretical concepts of economic theory, strategic management and system-synergetic approach is a necessary prerequisite for a more holistic understanding of the system ensure economic resilience to the threats to economic security in the context of the development of the original strategy of the appropriate type. System-synergetic approach to this system include: the formation of the theoretical-methodological basis and the creation of the system itself; the disclosure of the essence and content, self-organization and conditions for synergy in the system; the development of key strategies, directions and significant priorities of the system as a whole complex system; building a conceptual model of an adaptive system; the development of a balanced assessment system (balanced scorecard indicators and other tools to describe synergies; the determination of the synergistic effectiveness of the economy sustainability ensuring to the threats to economic safrty.
