Статтю присвячено дослідженню концептуальних засад організації діяльності митниці ДФС України, пов"язаної з виконанням покладених на неї завдань і здійсненням повноважень за призначенням та спрямуванням, що поєднується в таких адміністративно-правових категоріях організації роботи митниці, як сполучення, зв"язок та взаємодія.
Статья посвящена исследованию концептуальных основ организации дея-тельности таможни ДФС Украины, связанной с выполнением возложенных на неё задач и осуществлением полномочий, исходя из назначения и направ-ленности функционирования, что сочетается в таких административно- правовых категориях организации работы таможни, как сочетание, связь и взаимодействие.
The article investigates the conceptual foundations of the organizationof customs activity of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine related to the fulfillment of its tasks and exercises its powers, on the basis of its purpose and direction that goes into such administrative and legal categories of organization of customs work asa correlation, communication and interaction.
It is proved that the concept is practically connected with the theoretical bases of a conception, as the basic instruments of system changes, which are directed at the implementation of the main trends and priority objectives of the State customs affairs in terms of legal regulation and international standards.
Attention is focused on the fact that the proper implementation of the concept of state customs affairs, which will be developed and implemented by new system of State Customs Service of Ukraine it should not be spontaneously taken to avoid risks and to ensure proper implementation of the state customs activities.
