У статті проаналізовано вольові аспекти політичної активності на індивідуальному і суспільному рівнях. Особлива увага у дослідженні зосереджена на визначенні змісту та форм політичної активності (автономної та мобілізаційної, конвенційної та неконвенційної). Встановлено, що вольовий характер політичної активності найбільш повно виявляється у діяльності політичних партій, у процесі вироблення їх ідеології та в процесі боротьби за завоювання, утримання й використання політичної влади.
В статье проанализированы волевые аспекты политической активности на индивидуальном и общественном уровнях. Особенное внимание сконцентрировано на изучении смысла и форм политической активности (автономной и мобилизационной, конвенциональной и неконвенциональной). Доказано, что волевой характер политической активности наиболее полно проявляется в деятельности политических партий, в процессе вырабатывания их идеологии и в процессе борьбы за завоевание, удержание и использование политической власти.
In the article volitional aspects of individual and social political activity are analyzed. Volitional character of political activity is implemented by different social groups' approaches towards political structure of society, necessity to solve urgent social problems, as well as their particular interests and necessity to actualize them. Motivation and volition play the decisive role in the process of struggle for the conquest and use of political power, and that is aimed at satisfaction of interests and needs of particular social strata. In the research work political activity is considered to be a form social activity aimed at formation, preservation, selection and retransmission of political values and satisfaction of individual and social political needs. Unlike political practice that is conscious and purposeful political activity includes a wide range of phenomena which contain rational and irrational methods of social reality transformations. It is states that volitional character of political activity is most systematically revealed in professional politicians' activity, first of all leaders and members of political parties, representative bodies deputies, officials of state bodies, leaders and members of public organizations, supranational political organizations representatives. Alongside with such characteristic features as mind, intelligence, quick response, mobility, a politically active person is characterized by high level of volitional qualities representation particularly courage, determination, bravery, perseverance which are the basis of socially significant interests achievement. Volitional character is also a characteristic feature of propaganda implementation that is aimed at justification of a party's program principles of urgent social problems solution. For democratic societies will efforts actualization while political parties and social organizations proceeding social control over public authorities' activities are typical. Essence and forms of political activity's (autonomus and mobilized, conventional and nonconventional) determination are emphasized in the research work. It is possible to avoid political activity radicalization and transform it into constructive way only on condition that it would be redirected into conventional forms. It is proved that the most effective mechanism of leveling nonconventional forms of political activity is activists' will efforts reorientation into legal framework, where they could not only reveal their position but also implement their aims and significant political decisions on state level.
